Faulty gall bladder and fat free diet
7 Answers
Hi Everyone
Mr Picky has had a bit of a bad do with his gall bladder, and whilst he is waiting for it to be removed, he has been advised to go on a fat free (well less that 4% fat, per 100g), no red meat diet. We are trying hard to keep it interesting, but we are running out of ideas. If anyone has any suggestions for meals I would be very grateful.
Thanks, Picky xx

My friend was cautious of the red meat she ate, did eat a lot of fish and pasta and avoided spreads and oils with a high saturated fat content. Dairy products are a no go (like fresh cream) right now. Hope this helps you a bit.
This link has about 25 low fat soup recipes we did a little while ago for someone:
