I have regular scanning by AVG and for the past few weeks this message always appears: File Script.ini Virus Found: IRC/Back Door Flood. It seems it is a virus that it cannot deal with - any suggestions?

Script.ini is part of mIRC.

If you have this installed and use it, then you are infected and could well be part of a BotNet.

If not, just delete the file.
