What seriously annoys me about these two so called *experts* is that they insist on their chefs using loads of seasoning - ie salt and pepper. Now, we are always being told we put too much salt on our food, so I usually leave it out altogether and let the person eating the food decide themselves on how much salt to add (if any at all!), so for a poor wee masterchef contestant to not go through to the next round simply because the *experts* decided the dish did not have enough salt in it is just plain rickoculous.... It's as bad as one of the said experts deciding that because he didn't LIKE a particular ingredient, they would fail.... doh !

You see the fork to the mouth, and the slobbering intake, and then you get a classic like "You have ruined a simple risotto" or "This is not cooked - which is a bit of a problem" or best of all "I went, PAHDUN !!"
