As a crass generalisation, men are more likely to be thickos or geniuses, i.e. at either end of the scale, women tend to be more in the middle.

This doesn't provide any great assistance when it comes to determining the likely IQ of individuals however.

IQ is adjusted depending ion your sex and age
so that the average IQ is 100 for both men and women and for any age group

that's why the first questions of an IQ test are: "what are your age and sex"

So men and women cannot compare their IQ.
IQ is only a way to compare your intelligence to people of the same age and sex as you.
