Probably a silly question,but here goes ! I stewed some rhubarb at the weekend meaning to have it either yesterday or today.However,my husband is working until the weekend now - will it keep ok in the fridge ?
I should be very wary of keeping anything for a week once cooked, even in the fridge. Surely something acidic such as rhubarb will begin to deteriorate and even if it's not; off as such, the flavour will be affected? I may well be wrong H but I'd be careful!
