I know the lyrics but not the song title

I heard a song on "So You Think You Can Dance" earlier this week. It was by a male vocalist, probably British. The lyrics were, "No, you don't have to save my life. No, you're not ready, I can feel it. As soon as you get that feeling you can start to live again. As soon as your life is over you can make it all make sense". Thanks for your help!
