I Pod - Battery

Is it possible to buy an extrnal battery pack for the I-pod, You used be able to get them for SOny Walkmans that had the rechargable flat battery, where it screwed in and you used a AA battery. I want something similar for my I-pod.

Your iPod can charge from USB, i.e. when you connect it to a PC.

Therefore a USB bettery power source will work fine/
