i dunno if this helps:
Purpose of the Humerus, Radius, Ulna, Tibia, Femur, Fibula is: to provide support and to help with movement.
The purpose of the Scapula is: to protect and provide attachement site for mucsles
Would we all end up like Mr Blobby without them?
The 3 'uses' of the skeleton are:
1) To provide a framework for the body
2) To provide levers for the muscles to operate
3) To provide protection to vital organs

(I knew those St Johns classes would come in handy!)
