What is the best way to excersie to get rid of love handles? I dont have loads of time, and just want to be get rid of them! lol. x

and she said the best way is to lay on your back, tilt your legs to one side but still remain looking to the ceiling, so only the waist down is tilted and then do sit ups..do about 3 reps of 15 on each side and you should start to see a difference..

Love handles are excess fat and you need to do cardio to lose fat.
While Turkey154 advice will work to tone your abdominals more specifically your obliques its not going to burn enough calories in the way cardio does.
Concentrate on reducing your food intake and run 3 times a week for min 30mins at 70% of you aerobic capacity.

The idea of running strikes terror in my heart but I don love walking and can walk for hours!!!!!! I did the itex walk around the island of Jersey last year - it's 48.1 miles and it took me 18 hours! You do it at 3am on midsummers day (or the closest Saturday to) and walk around the island in an anti-clockwise direction, raising money for local charities. The training for that made me lose a stone in 4 months and my tummy muscles were all toned up and tight. My legs were brown and firm and I had a nice healthy glow through being out all the time. If you start now - do about 3 or 4 miles at a time to start, then by the time the winter comes you'll be right into it and will happily walk 10 - 15 miles in a day. Next spring you'll be doing 20 miles without thinking about it and looking gorgeous. Then you can even have a look on the website and see if you fancy joining in with next year's walk.
