Is there anywhere else to look to see where someone has been browsing on your personal computer if they always clear history and temporary files?

Not as far as I know. You'd have to put some sort of keylogging device on to the back of the pc - like this:

Yes but you will have to do some computer forensic investigation.
Microsoft has been keeping special hidden files that list all our history and browsing urls in a file even when we ask Windows to delete it!!

It will also depend if the user runs any wiping programs like Windows Washer as these program delete the hidden files.

I've just tried that programme - it only found the index.dat files since I logged on today - nothing else.

I must keep my laptop tidy. :)

Unless you've set your window media player to not store recently watched,that will keep last few. real Player stores the whole history I think.
So,if you've "inadvertently" stumbled on a porn site,then check the media player/s you use
