unknown band...any good at music? please help me!

a couple of weeks ago i heard this really good song on the radio. then when the dj said who the band was, I didn't hear what he said. he said something like: toogalangs or trugalans anyway they are an acoustic sort of band. if you know who they are i'd be really grateful because it's been driving me mad trying to find out who they are. thanks alot =)

Two Gallants, perhaps? They're a duo from San Francisco who just use guitar and drums, but in a more folky-blues style (less rock) than The White Stripes.

They have an EP called The Scenery Of Farewell coming out soon - the lead track is called Seems Like Home To Me, and is acoustic.
