Any comments on their long distance services?

I regularly take the london-Bristol (3and half hours) and the coahces seem like converted buses. As long as u get 2 seats to yourself (if travelling by youself), the journey goes by quite quickly. DO NOT sit downstairs at the back, the engine gets really hot. Mate takes the london-manchester, says the coaches are like actual coaches, so more comfortable. to be honest for what ur paying for, it's not bad
