what's the best black kohl eyeliner? i want one that doesn't wear off/smudge/leave black in the corner of eyes etc! thanks

My preference is "Collection 2000" eyeliner definer.
It has a retractable crayon inside and it is not expensive. Does not smudge either.

I like boots number 7. Although I tested a benefit kohl on my hand a while back and it came out like a liquid eyeliner and didn't smudge when rubbed so I'm thinking of investing in that next time round.

The best blakc kohl eyeliner is Benefit Bad Gal;, the thick pink one, amazing and lasts for ages! x

Mac powerpoint pencil. Its almost too good as it can be hard to remove when you want to!! I am an eyeliner fiend and this is my fav by far, after years of experimenting. Engraved is the name of the black one. Prussian is a great dark navy colour which is good for summer. I have v blue eyes and this really brings the colour out.
