Sharm is now a fairly cosmopolitan resort. Depending on the time of year you are going, the usual beach/evening stuff. Some of the more expensive hotels like you to be "smart casual" in the evening. Other than that, pack what you would usually pack for a beach holiday-take a couple of sarongs with you for wandering about the hotel. HTH
