do they have to take a photo now .i was parked with a blue badge and the time was set right however they said my car was parked on the pavment. this was not true can any one let me no thank you

They're not required to take photos unfortunately. Might be worth disputing but only if you're sure that you weren't on the pavement.
why not do what seems to be the norm now plead human rights i am also a blue badge holder tell them there wasnt any empty bays in the disabled parking only and tell them you want a photograph of that too .good luck .
Rockingian....grlimo could mention those things but wouldn't make a blind difference. The ticket would have been issued in compliance with primary legislation which in itself would be in accordance with the human rights act...and if there were no bays free that wouldn't give an exemption to park whereever else took their fancy.
rockingian thinks blue badge holders can do what they want. I hate it when people use their disabilities to get away with things
