What colour for shed?

Hi,
We have a shed in the garden which used to be the village cricket pavilion. It's a lovely outbuilding with windows and desperately needs a lick of paint. Could anyone recommend any colours for repainting it. I really want to keep the country cottage theme we have going in our garden.

I'd go for emerald green and cream.

It depends how big it is - sounds fairly impressive to me!
I really would go for a softer (& all one) colour - I'm used to paling into insignificance ;o)

anything too strong is going to detract interest from your garden.
