Oooooh dear, what happened to us, well most of us ???

Think that Shrubbery Set is affecting our brains !!!

As Sarumite listed, the matches were -

Ruby Spinel
Love Bird
Early Riser
Partridge Berry

And this week's Hot Shot is lysander with Partridge Berry and Early Riser, close behind ulysses100 who picked Early Riser first.

Quite a bit later paulineward chose Ruby Spinel
as did Jan1956 though not in time to collect bonus points

Love Bird went begging and Grenmus, JMR27 & merched each scored 1 point with their selections,
and that, I'm afraid, was that !!!

Taking a quick look at the progressive score sheet, lysander is 1 point behind wickedtongue, having collected 4 points, taking him to 8 - apart from that there's not been too much movement at all after this weekend's efforts - must be all that sun you're all getting over there

We must try harder, that'll be the motto going into next weekend, till then I'll wander back to my Tardis and be off

Might it alternatively be "spinel ruby" as shown in bold in Chambers.... (or will we get away with submitting both, I wonder....?)

Told you - last week was a fluke - back to big fat zero in MM and KM. That's more like it.

we have had lots of floods, closed schools etc
