Fat arms!

Hi Does anyone have a suggestiond what types of top I can buy for summer that perhaps make my arms look less fat. I am a size 12 but my arms are really fat, and I quite offten can't fit them in shirts etc, I look awful in t shirts and I would never wear sleaveless top or dress,

Kaftan's are really in this summer, try looking in New look or topshop they have some great ones, even though most of them are meant to be beach cover ups they look great just worn round town - i always wear mine any time!
