Yes you can.
And good luck affording to move out ie rent, bills etc etc ;-)
I left home at 16 (not just because I felt I was grown up , but there were other problems at home), it was difficult and expensive - but I got through it (I had no real choice) and I am now happily married and own my own property.
I would not advise moving out just because of a few arguments though
Hi Bunting, I work as a homeless officer and work with young adults everyday who want to leave home, without knowing the circumstances (you may feel you have no alternative) if it is impossible to stay at home you could apply to your local council as homeless, because you are 16 you would be a priority and they would have to take an application, getting a tenancy at 16 without a guarantor is really difficult but can be done especially if you have some support from other family members. I'm not sure if it's allowed to give out email addy on here so I wont but if you want to go into more detail please do so I can advise you of your legal situation - dont forget Shelter they will help. Good luck xx
