Depends, I would assume that you are putting the marge on bread? in which case thats more than likely undoing any good the marg might be doing.
If you diet is generally good then it might have some additional benefits but if you eat "normal food" then it's unlikely to make much difference.
The problem with a lot of these sort of things, with added this that and the other is that they are in isolation and people think that they can eat anything they fancy as long as they pop a yoghurt drink down their gob in the morning (not accusing you of that).
A bit like wearing a crash helmet in a car and then not putting your seat belt on.

Dont make a judgement because of an advert, just use your common sense / brain and you should be alright. If you know you're stupid, ask someone you trust to judge it for you.
They are all fads! they may work but there is so little probatic in it! you can buy tablets or drops from the chemist which are expensive but are the real thing!
