incoming e-mails

I have just set up an e-mail address with yahoo.co.uk

I want to see any messages received at this address when I open my Inbox with Outlook Express.

I have opened OEand clicked
tools / accounts / add / mail
I have shown my name, and yahoo e-mail address, but what do I enter on the following screen under
incoming mail server POP3
and outgoing mail server.SMTP

With my onetel.com address, "mail.onetel.com" works, but mail.yahoo.co.uk does not.
Guidance would be much appreciated please
