hay fever

my first year ive had hay fever ................... how much longer will it last ......does it last all summer ??

Hi Sleepy, did you enjoy your nap? Are you sure it's hayfever? Seems quite late to be coming on, maybe you've just got a cold or perhaps an allergy to something in the house? One of my colleague's perfume was making me sneeze at work this morning.

i had a lovely nap been awake for few hours now . ive had hay fever for last 2 months its not a cold .

I've got it as well. People keep asking me if I'm ok because it looks like I'm crying all the time.

ummm its just horrible .............when i take hay fever tablets it makes me want to sleep

Sleepy1, wash your face throughout the day a couple of times especially after youve been out as pollen in the air clings to your hair , eyelashes and eyebrows and up your nose as well ... lol .. i used to suffer really bad but its not so bad now, today ive been sneezing a lot so the pollen must be higher today but saying that its been really windy here today ( manchester ) so its been blowing the pollen around i think.

move to tenerife south.
you dont get hayfever here at all.

It depends what kind of pollen you are allergic too, there is tree pollen, grass pollen etc which come about at different times of the summer.

Generally if you make a note of the dates which you were bad last year, you will be the same this year
