First group staff travel with friends/relatives

I used to have a leaflet which explained a First Group railway scheme whereby a member of staff could buy an advanced dated ticket for him/herself and for up to three other people (not staff) for a cost of �5 each. I have lost the leaflet. Do any of you know anything about this scheme and what it is called? I can't find anything on the internet and I don't know who to contact about it.
