Peggy Mitchell - Cheese & "Grapefruit"

I was half-watching EastEnders earlier and I'm sure I heard Peggy say, "Cheese & grapefruit on sticks" (as opposed to 'cheese & pineapple'), or have I finally lost me marbles?!!!

She did say that, but I thought she meant that they were sticking the co cktail sticks in the grapefruit (very 80`s) :)

Yes u r right -cheese on sticks stuck in a grapefruit. I heard her and instantly felt quesy. I cannot believe people eat cheese and pineapple on sticks. Where else do you get this combo? No where I hope. Yuk!
