Has anyone been affected by a considerable delay regarding appointment letters sent out by their hospital by TNT Post allegedly first class? I have had an urgent referral letter arrive 8 days after it was sent, and arrived 2 days after the apointment!

I think the best thing too do is contact your hospital over this issue, if they are unaware what TNT are doing with regard to their first class posting they cannot do anything about it,it will also put in the clear.
