Help! My dial-up's been sabotaged!

I have a dial up contract with BT Internet with a set monthly bill for unlimited (albeit very slow) surfing, HOWEVER... Recently my connection cuts out, then redials without permission using something called "i-dialler" which connects to a premium line in the U.S. I don't know how this "i-dialer" installed itself on my machine, and doesn't come up in Adaware or Spybot S&D scans. Also when i search for the programme to remove it i can't find it anywhere. I've tried deleting it from the connections window, but it will just rear it's ugly head again as soon as i restart. This is a real worry for obvious reasons, and any advice would be MUCH appreciated.

First I would go into Internet options (START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL) and click on the CONNECTIONS tab. Select the dodgy diallers and click REMOVE. Now select your standard dialler and click on SET DEFAULT. Next tick the box 'Always dial my default connection'. Now click APPLY and then OK.

If you click here it will take you to Trend Micro, where it will scan your computer for viruses and remove them whilst on-line. It downloads some files to your computer first to help it run. I've run it a few times on mine and it takes about an hour on my machine.

Unfortunately deleting these diallers from the Connections panel will not get rid of the problem as they will get re-installed every time you reload your PC. The simplest way to get rid of them is to switch to Broadband, disable dial-up modem options on your PC and switch from IE to a browser such as Mozilla that does not allow pop-ups from which these viruses occur.
