Postal Strike

Hi All, Am I right in thinking that the Post Office is still striking this Friday? What will be the effect of this? How long do you think post will be delayed? Is it just a one day strike? I have something due to be posted on Thursday (28th) that I need by the following Thursday at the absolute latest - do you think that I stand a chance of getting it in time?? Thanks

the strike is only for 24 hours so i think you would probably get the item by the following week, but then this is the post office we are talking about!!!
