Sorry for all the questions lately but as usual I have left everything till the last minute lol.

hand luggage, has anyone taken say an ipod charger or phone charger in there hand luggage, just want to know if this is ok?

i think the only things u cant take in ur hand luggage are sharp objects like scissors, knives, tweezers etc and obviously u have to follow the guidance on the liquid limit.......... im sure i'll be corrected if im wrong!

Should be no problem in hand luggage, but why take the chance? Put it in the hold and you can relax and forget about it.

it may be easier to put it in the hold as u need to remember that there is a 5kg weight limit for hand luggage and its not like u can even use chargers in flight
