Flash - creating a mouseover menu

Hey all, i'm trying to create a small flash program. One of the things that I need to do is to create a 'mouseover menu' - I'm not sure what it is really called. but an example is shown on the BBC radio website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/ where you can put your cursor over the different radio's and the information changes in the centre. Does anyone know how to do it or to direct me to a tutorial.
A site where I can download it would be helpful, but I would rather know how to make it myself (I can use the premade one as a last resort).
