Child kidnapped??

Following Ledgend's thread, where on earth is all the press coverage on this 'abduction'??
There still seems plenty on the Maddie case, obviously there has to be, but I fail to see the difference in both cases.

Has anyone reported a child missing in that area? Ive not seen anymore.

No one reported a missing child. A couple of kids in the area claim to have seen this but no one is missing a kid apparently. What more can be said about it?

Then I stand corrected. I was under the impression that a child was missing but that it lacked press coverage.

I read that too . Has anyone thought that it could have been a boy already missing and he had escaped the abductors, in which case no one would have reported him missing because they had already. Lets hope though that it was just a prank .

Kids (and adults) go missing every day - it would be naive to believe otherwise. The coverage that that one case has received IS appalling, and must be so offensive to the many parents of missing kids who never make the national (let alone international) press. Obviously everyone would want the case resolved but the Mail/Express etc obsession/hysteria (with 'possible suspects' etc) has been outrageously unacceptable.
