I've stayed there a few times and it's always been ok.

I have just returned from a trip to London and I stayed at the Thistle Euston(they do have more in other areas ) it was very well equipped for the disabled,, two lifts ,safety handles on the toilet and a seat in the shower.I paid 69 for a single room which contained a three -quarter bed plus full English breakfast.
Well worth the money, really recommend it.
