...my robin's a bit grumpy but my neighbour had one who crept into her kitchen through the back door when he thought she wasn't looking.
I do have 2 pairs of blackbirds tho' who come to the open window to fetch raisins from the sill - they were waiting this morning when I opened the curtains! I think they do a bit of wife-swapping myself - every now & then they all fall out, then next day they're all friendly again. :o)

Robinia it sounds like you have your own bird soap opera going on there, who needs TV. Our home backs on to The Snowdonia National Park and we have an abundance of all types of wildlife. We have a crazy old crow who attacks our windows at 6:30 in the morning,he's probably got bird dementia and the latest is every time Mr M goes near the shed a hen pheasant runs to him and sits there waiting to be fed and won't go until he does. What I did notice on my posting was that the website didn't come up red so that you could click straight on it, does anyone know how I could do that please?
moonshadow, I typed in the link but couldn't find the video footage:-o(
If you want to copy it onto a post do this:
go to the page on the net you want to include, move the mouse to the text in the address bar at the top and right click, this will highlight the address, then go to edit and left click on copy. In your post on Ab just type what ever you want to type then got to edit and left click on paste, that should do it.

Warpig the link is just below the photo on the left hand side of the robin on the man's hand.Just click on, watch video of tame bird .Thanks for the help it still sounds a bit complicated as I'm a bit of a technophobe and only just learning about computing, so I shall wait for Mr M's help now that we have your info.
yes moonshadow, there's never a dull moment in my garden - lots of free entertainment. Well, if you don't count the cost of all the food I buy for them that is. :o) The poor things are bedraggled today, it's not stopped raining.
