It's illegal to specify a minimum or maximum age for job applicants except under specific circumstances. For example, where an employee will be serving alcohol, without direct supervision, they have to be 18 years old. Similarly, a transport firm might be unable to get insurance, at an economic rate, unless all of their drivers are at least 25 years old. Thank you, now that makes more sense. The only info I could find on this related to pay.

Still it's a little strange as the vacancy is photography/video editing. Unless that is images of p**n :( I see no reason for age to be an issue on this.
