What do you think of 3 mobile phones - coverage,service and contracts ? Thanks

Coverage - excellent
Contracts - good
Service - tragic. They have the worst customer service going. Twice i have had to send phones back and then they lied their way out of sending me a new replacement. They also have the worst Indian call centre in the history of using broken English. 90% of your calls have to be repeated whilst the moron on the other side tries to work out what you are saying, hard sentences like " i would like a new phone " turn into a ten minute to and fro of mis understandings. It reminded me of Faulty Towers wIth Manuel.DO NOT GO THERE !!

ditto, ive sent my phone back 5 times in the last 2 weeks and get all teh crap from them when i ask for compensation they tell me they will only give me for teh twice the phone has been in for repair, will not accept that its been in 5 times DONT TOUCH THEM!!! they are useless
