Yes, but only normal paracetamol. Dont take aspirin. If you look on the back of the packets, it will tell you if you cant take them whilst breast feeding or pregnant.

I was told when pregnant that two paracetamol would be fine taken every 4 to 6 hours. If you are still not sure contact your GP or NHS direct.
