Crazy in Love by Beyonce features horns. This is a particulat genre of music but I can't remember what it is called. Any ideas?

The horns were sampled from a record by the Chi-Lites called "Are You My Woman (Tell Me So)". I suppose the closest thing would be maybe Philly Soul - the Chi-Lites themselves didn't actually come from Philadelphia themselves (they came from Chicago) but they would fit into that sound, and the genre is known for using a lot of horns.
