Backup Software

I want to use my Netgear SC101 to backup my files daily or weekly. Does anyone know of some software that I can buy so that my files will automatically be backed up.

Using Windows?

You could use the free rsync (with cygwin perhaps) to do this, which is what I used to use. However, it is a little complicated. Definitely not for a beginner.

Syncback SE is a great little program do doing easier backups, but does cost some amount of money. Works well.
