couldnt believe on my tele, askin if youre child had been hurt in a accident, you could do a claims for u thingy, when are these peeps going to stop, now they are targeting children, not out of the goodness of there hearts, money!! money!!money!!, under the umbrella of caring"i dont think so"where is this going, next it will be your pets!, was in liverpool recently, and was stopped by a body askin me if i had a accident recently, i said there would good be if she didnt get out of my face, makes wants you to run outside and thro yourself on the body of a car, if a family think they have to action some redress let it be done thru a local lawyer not these piranhas!!!!

Greed. That's all these companies are playing on - peoples greed.

I agree that people who have genuinely suffered loss, pain and trauma through negligence should get proper compensation, but that is the first thing greedy people think of if they have the slightest mishap - even if it is evidently their own fault.

Everyone seems to know their rights today - and have forgotten their responsibilities.

It's sad. In the proper, old fashioned sense of the word.

is this somehow different from, say, advertising children's clothes? Manufacturers aren't motivated by wanting to have a nation of beautifully dressed children, it's just money money money... And that's why people advertise anything

Not sure if it's the same advert- but I saw one several months ago along the same lines, but it was advertising compensation if your child died! I was gobsmacked watching it- surely money would be the last thing on your mind if the unthinkable happened???

And yes Ethel, know what you mean, I answered on the ham one. You also missed the out of date Boots vitamin tablets one yesterday- beggers belief eh?
