cant send/recive emails

please help,,,,,,i cant send or recive emails on my outlook express,,,,,,when i do an up date on my norton anti virus it tells me i have a problem with my email scanning,,,its off,,,so i click the enable button and it does not turn it back on???????so im guessing thats why me emails not working because it will not scan 4 virus"s,,,,help,,,
p.s. can you post an answer on answer bank as a question as i will not recive an email,,,,thank you,,anyone

You can have another email system say Hotmail\;
it works OK for me.I use it for AnsweBank.

Just get shot of Norton and go to AVG its better than Norton and its free!!!
