I want to able to add up a column which is formatted to show "Time (hh:mm:ss)" unfortunately when I use the =Sum() formula it will not evalute to the correct formatt

Any Ideas what I can do!

Do you mean COUNT not ADD

Not sure what you mean - is it that your answer is not appearing in the correct format or that the answer you are getting is not what you were expecting ?
What are you trying to do ? An example would be good ? Make sure also that the cell in which you want the answer to appear is also formatted correctly.

Unfortunately the answer in f3 should be 37:00 but always appears as 13:00:00

any idea as to what i'm dong wrong. All columns are formatted to show hh:mm:ss...

Sussed it !!! I've been playing around and duplicated your answer. You've formatted ALL the columns including the one you want the answer in. Only format the cells you are inputting the times leave the answer cells as normal and you will get it to add up correctly.
