I was told that there are certain professions that are sought after in australia. Can anyone tell me what these are? Just for curiosity sake

I believe tradesmen (plumbers etc) and qualified healthcare workers such as doctors, nurses, physios etc to name a few. I would imagine anyone with professional registration like teachers, solicitors ets would also be welcome.
