just realised how to svoid being stopped by those trying to sell you stuff in the street, i was just walking near euston station i was approached by someone trying to sell me 'freebies' i was smoking a cig & said health & safety cant smoke in your workplace, snd scuttled off. whats your way of telling them to f.off

But they do get on your frigging nerves dont they keep approaching you for this and that dont cant they tell by my dirty boots that I am working and on my lunch break t@ssers.
Anyway what I do now is look at them in my most gormless and surprized look as if I did not understand and was not english and say one word in a me not understand you voice.
That word is mallaga and no that is not a spanish town it is the greek word for w@nker (the way I pronounce it that is (and Im not greek by the way)

I refuse eye contact, and if they do catch me, I walk away, saying I don't want to give them my money.
In the case of "charity workers" (chuggers!), if I am feeling a bit narky, I will have a chat with them about how much they get paid, and how they have no commitment to a particular charity, so all their blurb is just b*ll*cks.
