this could be so many things, Henry, overwork,ME, poor diet, thyroid imbalance, caring ofr young children, a boring life...is she is not stressed, if her diet is good and her life is reasonably satisfying (and if she is getting enough sleep) then a trip to the docs to rule out medical causes is indicated
