Wind Turbines - need to include details in property sales material?

I have read somewhere that there is a requirement to include proximity to wind turbines of a certain size or larger, within, I think, a 2Km distance. Does anyone know where I might have seen it???

I live in a town which has 2 wind turbines so most houses are within 2kms of them.
There are no such details on any sales literature at the moment. Ive currently got my property on the market so I have seen current sales details
