Hollyoaks confusion

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but the bloke who plays Gilly on Hollyoaks seems to be played by two different people, is this true or is this actor quite bad that he doesn't realise which part he's playing.

One minute he's really sensitive and his accent isn't as strong, then suddenly he's a complete idiot and his accent is really strong.

I personally havnt notice anything, i havnt heard he is played by two actors either. How about going on the hollyoaks website-find out then.
