hi ,can any one help me with this account that keeps loading on my sisters computer,it comes up as mbs account,and its from secure microbills ys.com,the program locks the computer for 7 mins ,and they say they are looking for payment ,my sister as never made or indeed tryed to pay for anything over the net.many thanks

Make sure afterwards you check the registry for any suspicious entrys. Remember, don't remove anything that you are unsure of, and be carefull of shared files, this is one common mistake people make when forcefully uninstalling malware.

Thats great. Forgot to add though, i suggested to microsoft of making there cryptic questions easier to understand. In responcethey emailed me trying to exclaim that their message dialogues were presented in the simplest form possible. Maybe that would be good to post in the joke section.

I couldn't agree more. Because of my computer i had problems switching from Windows. The solution, i now run Linux in a virtual machine. The bad thing is i still get the odd Windows message box popping up. On the plus i programmed the boot cfg so that windows boots up the linux virtual machine rather than windows. Please don't make the mistake and fiddle around ith autobat.msi
It was a nightmare.
Thank goodness for OLD files.

i have found the easy'st way to get rid of this account was ,prevx,this is a spy and virus program,with a free trial period. dead easy to use and it picked up the virus straight away,ihope this may help others .sorry for the delay in replying ,but i have now returned home ,so i can now answer you bye
