Scratching

I can't stop cratching, at my sides, not all the time but every hour or so, there is nothing there and i haven't broken the skin, but i just don't know why I'm doing it? can anyone help?

allergic reaction to something?
washing powder?
i know its hard but try not to scatch it.
Get some cream asap, Eurox(?) is good ask the chemist but sort it before the skin becomes broken.
