Benjys sandwich shops (normally one near every major station and office district) - their PB and Banana sub is delicious, and, bonus, is dirt cheap.

If you are anywhere near Euston station in London NW1, there's a vegetarian Indian restaurant called Chutneys, at 124 Drummond Street. That's another treat!
