I've just bought this film, as every review i read for it said the film was brilliant. I also went on IMDB, where again everyone was raving about it, I however thought it was a horrible film, Am i the only one?

It's a very good film, but I wouldn't exactly call it feelgood viewing.

Very dark, hard going in places but it was a good film.

I just thought a lot of the scenes, particularly between the Psychiatrist and little Johnnie were a bit unsavoury. Could anyone explain what they actually liked about the film?

I quite liked it but the bit at the end with the dog nearly made my wife sick.

I did like it, it was like the film 'American Beauty' wanted to be, but didn't really the guts to explore. It is a bit sick, but there is humour in there somewhere.
