Legs: men and women - body differences

I think men generally look ok, to good, to gorgeous in shorts, but those cropped trousers make all men look silly. (sorry men if you wear them).
Women (some) look good in cropped trousers and (some) in shorts.
Why is it that all men can wear shorts successfully if not brilliantly, but none cropped trousers, why can only some women wear shorts and cropped trousers and look good, some just should never go there?
Is it about height, leg shape, design of clothes or what?

I think its about height, body type..all of the above. some women are blessed with being able to wear anything and look good others have to avoid certain shapes of clothes as they look unflattering.

saying that I think all men look good in anything! plenty of variety makes the world go round!!

I think men look amazing in cropped trousers and flip flops.

It's usually about the height and weight. Skinnies can pull off anything. Fatties have to be careful. Shorties look shorter in cropped's.

cant stand cropped trousers on men or woman what are they all about? are they to keep your ankles cool.
